This is the best time to visit St. Martin and Cox’s Bazar.
I know why a different pull towards the sea works a lot … and in that case the pull towards St. Martin is a little too much …. so for the 3rd time in the same year I ran to this coral paradise … yes, the purpose is the same transparent nature and more near the blue horizon Surrender once …
Last 5.12.2018 I went to give the latest tour for this year …
The funny thing is … the year started with this St. Martin and ended with this St. Martin ……
First of all let me tell you … this is the best time to visit St. Martin or Cox’s Bazar … if you want to go to St. Martin, first you have to go to Teknaf Launch Ghat … Dhaka The AC / non-AC bus of the transport leaves for Teknaf between 6 pm and 8 pm .. Non-AC bus fare is 900 rupees per seat … If you go by AC bus you will have to pay 1500-1650 rupees per seat. The distance from Dhaka to Teknaf is more or less 480 kilometers …. You will reach Teknaf launch dock by 8 am the next day …
It is wise to get a bus ticket as soon as you get off the bus … 4-5 ships leave Teknaf for St. Martin’s every day … but the weather conditions vary … so make a decision based on the weather forecast before planning a trip to St. Martin. .. daily LCT from Teknaf. Several ships including Kutubdia, Kerry Sindbad, MV Greenline come and go to St. Martin … but don’t make the mistake of thinking of going to St. Martin by trawler to save money. There are several classes of tickets on the ship … Ticket prices range from 550-1500 rupees depending on the class. But you can enjoy the real beauty of Naf River and Bay of Bengal as soon as you call it open … When you buy a ship ticket, try to reduce the price as much as possible by convincing the people at the counter … but it is definitely not in front of the public … I was able to bring down the ticket price from Rs. 800 to Rs. 550 for the open deck … but for those who are going to St. Martin for the first time … I don’t want anyone to realize that this is your first trip … when you buy a ticket … you will see a lot easier …
All the ships will leave the wharf at 9:30 in the morning … The more the ship sails, the more the Naf River will show its beauty in front of you … and the innumerable gangs on both sides of the ship will show you the way to your destination … Refrain from doing anything that may cause you to have an unwanted experience … All instructions will be given to you by miking on the ship … Arrive at St. Martin’s Jetty by 12 noon … Be careful when disembarking Take the bridge … then go across the bridge to St. Martin’s Bazaar … There are many resorts here depending on the quality and facilities … Choose your taste and ability … Rent up to 1000-3500 per room … But you must bargain …
Get out fresh for lunch … let me tell you in advance … it’s best not to expect too much from the taste of St. Martin’s food … choose the food you like … but here are almost all the food hotels One thing is for sure … 40 rupees per head of rice is unlimited … but don’t come from St. Martin without the taste of marine fish …
Before you go out to sea, you must know the time of low tide … and you must refrain from entering the water in places with red flags … If you do not know how to swim, it is better not to go too far … If you want, you can rent a chair on the beach. You can get lost for a while in the middle of the vast sea … If you want in the afternoon you can rent a bicycle and go out to explore the whole island … because it is very difficult to walk around the whole island … and of course do not miss the sunset … maybe it is The best sunset of your life … There are billions of stars in the night sky in the sky of St. Martin … If you want to set aside some time in your life to remember … then go out to see the night sky once … try very early the next morning Waking up … Sunrise in St. Martin is like another gift from God … Beautiful view from the jetty …
After sunrise, have breakfast and leave for the island. If you don’t come to St. Martin and see the island, I will say that you will be deprived of seeing many things in this life, even if you come so close again …. And for those who will return to Teknaf on the same day, I can’t say anything but 1 minute of silence ….. they will be deprived of everything mentioned above ….
However, there are 4 ways to get to the island from the jetty …. Trawler, Gum Boat, Speed Boat and on foot …. It takes less than 30 minutes to go to the trawler … It costs 150 rupees per person …. Gum It will take 20 minutes to go by boat and 200 rupees per person ….. It will take 10 minutes to go by speed boat … and 300 rupees per person …. No matter how you go, you will have 1 hour to go around the island …. If you walk, you must go at low tide … although it will take more time … you can have a different experience … of course, don’t forget to eat the coconut there … in a word, nectar …. 30-40 rupees worth of coconut water I can say that you will get satisfaction of lakhs of rupees …. As soon as you go near Chera Island, you will see corals of different colors and small fish under the clear water ……
Arrive at the jetty at 2:30 after lunch
Stay tuned …. Because the ships will leave for Teknaf one by one at 2:45 … Those who come only for St. Martin’s can buy tickets from St. Martin to Dhaka if they want. The ship will reach Teknaf launch dock by 5.30 pm …. Those who go to Cox’s Bazar will cross the road from the ghat and get on the bus to Cox’s Bazar … The fare from Teknaf to Cox’s Bazar is 150 rupees ….
One thing to always remember …. Going to enjoy this infinite beauty of nature, you should refrain from any kind of work that causes any kind of damage to nature …. Because even the slightest negligence of you or me can cause loss of natural resources … and loss of our resources means loss of our own …. And the closer you look at the country, the more love for the country will grow ….
