There is such a beautiful rubber plantation near Dhaka. Visitors can spend hours and hours effortlessly in this garden full of unique natural artefacts. I was talking about Santoshpur Rubber Garden.
This rubber garden has been set up in Naogaon union of Fulbaria upazila of Mymensingh district. However, this rubber garden is not able to attract many visitors as it is not known.
Under the supervision of Bangladesh Forest Industry Development Corporation, rubber is made by collecting tree bark from Santoshpur Rubber Garden in a natural way, which is also exported abroad. Apurba Santoshpur forest covers an area of 108 acres. In addition, there are more than five hundred species of trees and rare species of monkeys in the forest, including shawls and carrots. Spread over an area of about 26 acres, this orchid garden is full of birds all year round. If you have a little more time, you can see the hundred-year-old tamal tree at Guptabrindaban village in Ghatail upazila of Tangail district within walking distance.
