Many of us have visited the Chinese earthen hills at Durgapur in Netrokona, but Lengura is only 30 km away. Many of us may not know about this place. How to get there: You can go by bus or train from Dhaka. Leaving Haor Express from Kamalapur to Netrokona at 11:50 pm, the fare is Tk. 185 (Shovon Sadharan). You have to get off the train and take CNG. If you rent the Durgapur market for 200 TK, you can go for 150 TK. It will take 2/2: 30 hours. From Durgapur Bazar, Mahindra, Auto Rickshaw, CNG, straight Lengura fare will take 50 TK, it will take about 2 hours. Motorcycles can also be taken from Durgapur market in which case the cost will be higher.

And if you want to take a bus from Dhaka, some buses from Mohakhali bus stand in the evening to Durgapur and Kalmakanda fare 350 TK (Netra Paribahan, Hazrat Sahajalal R: Paribahan non AC there are some more buses).
There is no good hotel to eat in Lengura market. Breakfast should be taken from Durgapur Bazaar and lunch should be taken from Durgapur Bazaar. If you have time for lunch, you can take a bike around the chinamati hills of Birisiri. Bike rent will be 300/400 TK. Or you can spend an afternoon sitting on the banks of the river Someshwari.
And if you plan for two days, then on the second day you can take a bike or auto rickshaw to visit Vijaypur Chinamati Hill, Lake, Vijay Nagar BGB Camp, Garo Hill, Kamala Bagan, Ranikhong Temple, Watch Tower, Someshwari River, Cultural Club in Durgapur. . It would be better to take a bike. The cost of the bike is 500/600 TK (must be paid). There are a few decent quality hotels to stay in Birisiri Bazaar. Distance from Durgapur Bazar to Birisiri Bazar is 1: 6 km. Auto / CNG fare 10 TK.
The bus leaves Dhaka from Durgapur at 10:30 pm.
