How to get there: Route-1: Chakriya by bus from Dhaka (fare Rs. 800). From Chakaria to Magnama Ghata by CNG (rent 120-150 rupees per person). From Magnama Ghat to Baraghop Ghat by trawler or speed boat (we went this way, there are a few more ghats in Kutubdia that can be reached by them, speed boat fare is 60 rupees per person). Wind power project can be reached by rickshaw from the ghat.

Route-2: New bridge from Dhaka to Chittagong. CNG from the new bridge to Magnama Ghat at 180 rupees per person. The rest of the way is the same as before.

Apart from the wind power project, Kutubdia Sea Beach is also worth a visit. Those who like solitude will like it. Kutubdia’s famous lighthouse has disappeared into the sea, and the lighthouse that exists today looks like a mobile tower.

Accommodation: There is a hotel called Samudra Bilas, the rent is 1000 TK (1 double bed, 1 single bed). There will be current from 6 pm to 10 pm. There will be water for 24 hours.
