Pink City Jaipur

The capital of the Indian state of Rajasthan and well-decorated, this colorful city was founded in 182 during the reign of Maharaja Jaysingh II. To welcome the Prince of Wales (Edward VII) in 18, the then King Sawai Ram Singh painted the whole city pink. So it is also called Pink City.
